Terms and conditions

  1. Room rates are subject to government taxes and fees.
  2. No cancellation or amendment allowed once the booking is confirmed.
  3. The package must be booked at least five (5) days ahead of time.
  4. A local Government Fee of RM3.00 nett per room, per night, as mandated by the Pulau Pinang State Government, will be collected upon check-in and is not included in the room rate.
  5. Subject to closed-out dates, pricing rules by lead times and restriction of minimum night’s stay.
