No minimum spending requirement. ONE (1) VOUCHER may be used only once.
This voucher is not valid with any other on-going promotion, offer, loyalty program, voucher and/or discount.
Only original vouchers will be valid and accepted. The Hotel reserves the rights to reject any voucher which is deemed to have been photocopied, duplicated or is suspected to be the subject of fraud.
For redemption purposes, guests are required to present and surrender the original copy of the vouchers for upon payment. Failing in doing so, the hotel reserves the rights to request for payment via cash/credit card.
Vouchers must be utilized within validity period only.
Vouchers are applicable to the total bill spent at the respective outlets excluding alcohol and tobacco products.
The value of a voucher may not be split. In the event that the bill is higher than the value of the voucher, guests are required to make additional payment that is due using cash/credit card.
Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or other vouchers under any circumstances and will not be replaced or refunded once expired.
Vouchers should not be sold, exchanged, or transferred for value under any circumstances.
Lexis Hotel Group and its subsidiaries shall not be held responsible for the loss of the voucher and any loss or damage suffered by the bearer of the voucher arising from or in connection with the loss or usage of the voucher.
Validity of the voucher is from 19 October 2022 till 30 April 2024.
